Florida Toy Store Return Policy Rules!

1. For Orders in the United States and its Territories: 

  • We exercise a 7 Business Day return policy after the item’s confirmed delivery. Returns are free-of-cost for the customer within the USA and its Territories, as a return label will be provided. 
  • Once the return label is provided, the customer has up to 7 business days to return the item to us for a full refund once we receive it back in our possession. Failure to do so will have the return window closed.
  • For the return, the item must be returned back in its original condition that was received. Exceptions include if the sealed product came with a defect, by which you must send pictures to us in the customer service chat before requesting a return.
  • When handling returns, please do not attempt to swap items that are either not in the same condition as you received it, or ship a different item than the one ordered. You will not get a refund if we find out about it. We only accept the return of the original item from that specific order.

2. For all International Orders:

  • We exercise a 7 USA-Business Day return policy after the item’s confirmed delivery. The international customer must pay the return shipping when requesting a return to refund back the value of the product in the listing, excluding shipping.
  • We only accept returns of products that are unopened, unless specified in the listing that was purchased. If returning the sealed product, send us pictures of the item in its original condition before requesting a return. Otherwise, we will not accept the request.
  • Once the return label is provided, the customer has up to 7 business days to return the item to us for a full refund once we receive it back in our possession. Failure to do so will have the return window closed.
